I would like to end 2021 with an uplifting and fun post to my blog. I don't think there is anything much more uplifting and fun than donkeys. And these donkey's job is to make folks in nursing homes smile. I'm thrilled to introduce you to the "Minidonks"!!!
I ran across this group in a posting from the Alzheimers Society of the UK The Society says that "Minidonks is a social enterprise that’s creating some delightful moments."
It was started by Sarah McPherson, Sarah said that she had gone out to get a pet dog and came home with a donkey. After loosing her Mom to dementia Sarah decided to share her wonderful pets with other seniors suffering from dementia.
